    • Individual experiences with kratom vary
    • Laws and regulations may vary by region

Canada Kratom Store is a Canadian kratom retailer selling powder and capsules online. It presents itself as a lab-tested supplier. We were not able to find any laboratory results on its site, and what the site presents as lab reports are stock photographs.

Prices and shipping terms were read off the vendor's live site on 29 August 2026. Lab-testing status, contact details and certification claims were re-checked on 23 September 2026.

Lab testing: imagery presented as evidence

Canada Kratom Store publishes a page titled "Lab-Tested Kratom in Canada" containing roughly 8,000 words about certificates of analysis, heavy-metal screening and microbial testing.

The page carries images. One is filed as "lab-report-of-HMG.png" with the alt text "Kratom lab report for heavy metals and microbials". We downloaded and opened it. It is a photograph of a technician in a laboratory handling plant material. It is not a lab report, and it contains no results of any kind. The other images on the page are similar.

This is the reason Canada Kratom Store scores 1 on our lab-testing criterion rather than the 2 we give vendors that simply publish nothing. Saying nothing about testing is one thing. Naming a stock photograph after a document that does not exist, and describing it in alt text as a lab report, presents the appearance of evidence where there is none.

We would be glad to revise this if the vendor publishes actual certificates.

    Pricing

$10.99 for 25g, which is $0.440 per gram, and $68.99 for 250g, which is $0.276 per gram. Mid-range for our set.

    Shipping and payment

Rates are shown at checkout with no published free-shipping threshold. The site claims same-day dispatch before 11am PST, Monday to Friday. Payment is by e-Transfer, cash on delivery or cryptocurrency.

    Contact and transparency

We found a Canadian postal code, V3S 5X7, and a province reference, but no published phone number, email address or street address on the pages we checked.

    What we could not verify

    • Any laboratory testing whatsoever
    • Sourcing claims
    • Dispatch times in practice
    • Who operates the business

Our score: 5.0 out of 10, revised down from 7.5

It scores 1 on lab testing, 7.0 on pricing, 10 on shipping and 5.2 on transparency. The pricing and shipping terms are reasonable; the lab-testing presentation is the problem.

Canada Kratom Store is not an affiliate partner of this site.

Scored against our published weights. Customer feedback carries 15% but is unscored — we hold no verified feedback data for any Canadian vendor — so this total is calculated across the 85% we can evidence.

Nothing in this review is a recommendation to consume kratom. Kratom is not authorised by Health Canada for human consumption. See our legality guide and speak to a healthcare professional before considering any botanical product.

    Frequently Asked Questions

We scored Canada Kratom Store 5.0 out of 10, revised down from an earlier 7.5. It presents itself as a lab-tested supplier, but we found no certificate: its COA URL resolves to an article about a different vendor, and an image filed under a lab-report filename is a stock photograph.

Yes. Rates are shown at checkout with no free-shipping threshold stated, and the site claims same-day dispatch before 11am PST on weekdays. Payment is by e-Transfer, cash on delivery, or cryptocurrency.

It markets lab-tested kratom but publishes no results. The site has a /coa/ URL, but it resolves to a review article about a different vendor rather than to any certificate. Checked 23 September 2026.
