What we can help with
The most useful messages we get are corrections. This site publishes specific, checkable claims — prices per gram, dispatch cutoffs, whether a vendor publishes a certificate of analysis — and those claims go stale as vendors change their sites. If something we have published is out of date or wrong, we want to know.
- Corrections to anything we have published, including our vendor reviews
- A vendor whose prices, shipping terms or lab-testing status have changed
- A Canadian vendor we have not reviewed
- Topic suggestions and questions our guides do not answer
Reporting an error in a vendor review
We have revised scores before on the strength of a single piece of evidence, including revising one vendor upward when we found we had under-credited a certificate it genuinely publishes. If you are reporting an error, a link to the page on the vendor site showing the correct information is the fastest route to a change — we re-check against the vendor's own site rather than taking either side's word for it. Where we correct a published claim, we say so on the page rather than editing it silently.
What we cannot help with
We do not sell kratom and we are not a vendor, so we cannot help with orders, refunds, shipping problems or account issues — those need to go to the vendor you bought from. We also do not publish dosing guidance and cannot advise on personal use, interactions with medication, or whether kratom is appropriate for you. Those are questions for a qualified healthcare professional. Kratom is not authorised by Health Canada for human consumption.

Partnership does not buy a score: one of those two partners scores 4.6 out of 10 here, and our scoring weights are published in full on the how we review page. We do not accept payment to change a score, add a vendor to the comparison table, or remove a published finding.
