Canada Kratom Express Review: A Canadian Buyer's Guide

Canada Kratom Express is a Canadian kratom retailer selling powder online. It is one of only two vendors in our review set that publishes a laboratory certificate a customer can actually read — a fact that our earlier review of this vendor did not properly reflect.

Prices and shipping terms were read off the vendor's live site on 29 August 2026. Lab-testing status, contact details and certification claims were re-checked on 23 September 2026.

Lab testing: genuine published results

Canada Kratom Express publishes a certificate of analysis alongside a guide to reading it. We opened the document rather than relying on the page title.

The certificate is issued by Murray-Brown Laboratories, Inc., carries Report ID 2501839 and Sample ID 2501839-001, records receipt on 21 January 2025, and is signed by a named chemistry laboratory supervisor on 30 January 2025.

The panel is thorough on contamination:

• Microbials: aerobic plate count under 100 CFU/g, total coliforms under 100, E. coli under 100, Salmonella negative, Staphylococcus aureus under 100, Shiga toxin-producing E. coli negative, yeast and mould under 100
• Heavy metals by ICP-MS: arsenic 0.0589, lead 0.421, cadmium 0.0312, mercury 0.0209 mg/kg

One material difference from Kratom Earth: this certificate contains no alkaloid panel. It tells you the product was screened for contamination; it does not tell you the mitragynine content. That is why Canada Kratom Express scores 8 rather than 10 on our lab-testing criterion.

Pricing

Joint-cheapest in our set alongside Kratom Earth: $8.99 for 25g at $0.360 per gram, and $59.99 for 250g at $0.240 per gram.

Shipping and payment

The site shows shipping rates at checkout and publishes no free-shipping threshold. It claims same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm PST, Monday to Friday. Payment is by e-Transfer or cash on delivery.

Contact and transparency

This is the vendor's weakest area and the reason its overall score is not higher. On the pages we checked we found no published phone number, no email address, no street address and no postal code. A customer with a problem has a contact form and little else. For a vendor that does the hard part well, this is a conspicuous and easily fixed gap.

Our score: 7.4 out of 10, revised upward from 4.5

We have corrected this score. Our previous rating of 4.5 was not consistent with our own published methodology, which weights lab testing at 30% and states that vendors publishing nothing cannot score above average. Canada Kratom Express publishes a real certificate and matches the lowest price in our set; it was rated below vendors that publish nothing at all.

It scores 8 on lab testing, 10 on pricing, 10 on shipping and 2 on transparency. Publishing basic contact details would raise it substantially.
