Kratom Active Review 2026 — Canadian Buyer's Guide

Kratom Active is a Canadian kratom retailer selling powder and capsules online. Our previous review of this vendor rated it 9.5 out of 10 and described a batch-testing programme in detail. That description was not supported by anything the vendor publishes, and this review replaces it.

Prices and shipping terms were read off the vendor's live site on 29 August 2026. Lab-testing status, contact details and certification claims were re-checked on 23 September 2026.

Lab testing: nothing published

Kratom Active publishes a substantial article titled "Lab-Tested Kratom in Canada: How to Verify What You Buy". It is a guide to reading certificates of analysis. It advises readers to check the laboratory name, the date and the batch number, and not to take a supplier's word for it.

We agree with that advice, and we applied it here. The page contains no certificate of analysis for Kratom Active's own products. The images on it are stock photography. Across the pages we checked, we found no published lab results of any kind.

A vendor publishing a guide on verifying lab results, while publishing none of its own, is an unusual position. On our 30% lab-testing criterion it scores 2 — marketing that references testing, with nothing a customer can check.

Pricing

$11.00 for 25g, which is $0.440 per gram, and $74.00 for 250g, which is $0.296 per gram. That is among the more expensive in our set; the cheapest vendors we checked were at $0.240 per gram for the 250g size.

Shipping and payment

The site advertises free shipping on qualifying orders without stating a threshold, and claims same-day dispatch before 12pm PST. Payment is by e-Transfer or cryptocurrency.

Contact and transparency

Re-checked 23 September 2026: we found no street address, no postal code and no phone number on the contact, about or home pages. The only contact route is a web form, alongside an email address the page renders in obfuscated form, with most of the characters replaced by asterisks.

Corrections to our previous review

Our earlier review of Kratom Active made several claims we could not substantiate and have removed:

That every batch undergoes third-party testing, and that the vendor provides alkaloid data. No lab results are published.
That the vendor operates physical storefronts in four Canadian cities. Its locations page returned an essentially empty response and we found no addresses for retail premises.
That it offers direct phone support during business hours. We found no phone number.
That it runs a customer loyalty programme awarding points on every purchase. We found no such programme.
That customers consistently report fast transit times. We hold no verified customer-feedback data.

It scores 2 on lab testing, 5.3 on pricing, 10 on shipping and 3.8 on transparency. The previous 9.5 was inconsistent with our published methodology, which states that vendors publishing nothing cannot score above average on quality. Transparency was revised again on 23 September 2026 — see the corrections below.

Added 23 September 2026, correcting our own previous correction:

We wrote that Kratom Active publishes a street address and the postal code V5T 3E2, and that this matches Kratom Earth's. Both halves were wrong. On re-checking, Kratom Active publishes no address or postal code at all, and the address Kratom Earth publishes — on the certificates of analysis on its own lab-results page — is 2416 Main Street, Vancouver, BC V3T 3L2. We have withdrawn the shared-premises observation entirely. It should not have been published without re-reading both sources, and we are recording the error rather than quietly deleting it.

The transparency score falls as a result: we had credited two contact signals that are not in fact published. The total moves from 5.3 to 4.6.
